helmets will save my life i honestly think it really makes a difference if
you have a helmet on or not

honestly, ive been riding for 15 years, never wore a helmet, to me the most
important safety gear is gloves, when you fall you naturally put your hands
out
why do you refer to changing your “tyre” then talk about carrying a spare
tube…. need to get the terminology correct me thinks ;)
